There is no one you spend more time with than yourself. But if you are unhappy with how you feel, this time can be discouraging. Maybe you believe you are missing out on life because you struggle to find the energy to get through the day. Perhaps it feels like you're trapped in a fog, leading you to blame or criticize your ability to function and fulfill responsibilities in life. You might notice others don't understand why things feel so difficult, and maybe you feel similar. My name is Liana. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about helping people manage complex health conditions and overall wellness. I specialize in chronic illness counseling with a subspecialty in counseling for autoimmune disorders and invisible illnesses such as narcolepsy, lupus, and more. During our time, we will work on ways to help you enhance self-compassion, develop skills to manage life stressors, and improve your overall well-being. I use evidence-based practices tailored to meet your needs to help you feel empowered and confident. My approach is warm and empathetic, and my goal is for you to feel supported and heard.
