Introduction

I'm a therapist who uses art as a nonverbal means of communicating. In my sessions, talk therapy is accompanied by the creative process to explore abstract metaphors and complex emotions. I facilitate individuals in reconnecting with their inherent strengths and wisdom through the power of authentic expression. My past difficulties surrounding utilizing my voice have made me passionate about advocating for those who struggle to feel seen, heard, or even understood. I tend to work well with those who experience debilitating feelings of shame, guilt, self-doubt, or who tend to put themselves last due to a low sense of self-worth. In our work together, we will use art to make the intangible tangible. As your therapist, I will encourage you to take a compassionate, curious stance towards yourself and your afflictions, to overcome harsh inner judgment and condemnation, to create room for acceptance, and to rekindle a relationship with your natural vitality.
