Introduction

I work form a trauma informed, attachment focused lens. In other words, I focus on your strengths while recognizing the many impacts trauma can have, creating an environment that provides you the safety to grow, process, and feel empowered. I use EMDR therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and attachment theory in my work. My associate, Jenevieve Vartanian, is a registered marriage and family therapy associate who specialize in working with children of immigrants, body-Acceptance, Childhood trauma, Sexual trauma, BIPOC, Queer, and Trans/Non-Binary identified Teens (14+), and Multicultural/Mixed Race Couples and Families
