Introduction

I’m a psychotherapist with a current clinical focus on working with survivors of trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families with issues relating to LGBTQIA+ identification, social justice, building healthy relationships and overcoming anxiety and depression. In the past, I have also worked with head trauma victims, autism spectrum disorders and in hospital settings counseling patients living with chronic and terminal illnesses. If you want to learn strategies for healing from the mental, emotional and lifestyle issues that hold you back, then I can help. If you understand that therapy is a process and not a magic pill, I am here to support you on your path of exploration.
