Welcome. My name is Leta (she/her)--I've worked extensively with trauma survivors since 2018. I use a combination of EMDR, CBT, Somatic, and Mindfulness interventions to help you process your trauma. In trauma therapy, we understand that the memories from your past can be triggered by the present--memories don't exist on their own.
