I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other stresses that affect most of us at some point during our lives. I believe healing to be a collaboration using honest understanding, caring and knowledge of oneself. I work with my clients in identifying and developing their own goals for treatment.
