I work with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief and loss, adjustment issues, parenting, and women’s issues. I also help individuals with chronic health conditions, focusing on the relationship between physical and emotional health. I use an integrative and client-centered therapeutic approach, collaborating with you to meet your goals.
