Years of experience has taught me that an authentic and caring relationship with my clients is the best foundation for positive growth and healing. Finding the right fit for therapy is essential, which is why I offer a complimentary video consultation to see if the vibe is right. Chances are we will both know within a few minutes of chatting if we are a good match or not. If it doesn't feel like a great fit, no worries! I know a lot of therapists and I am happy to refer you to someone who may be more your cup of tea. If we decide to work together you'll see that I offer an eclectic, laid back, client-centered approach to counseling, with an emphasis on self care, coping skills and creating space to fully explore the challenges that are weighing you down. As a mother of twins, I have a passion for supporting new mamas, blended/co-parenting families, and parents of children with special needs. I also enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQ+ folks of all ages. I can't wait to connect with you!
