Introduction
I have a low-pressure, warm, collaborative approach focused on creating an environment of safety and encouragement. My practice is focused on helping individuals recover from mental health and addiction issues, heal from traumatic events and navigate life transitions. I work with adults of all ages, genders, and racial/ethnic backgrounds. I have extensive experience with emerging adults, creative professionals and am sensitive to the special needs of individuals in high public-trust professions (law, healthcare etc.) struggling with mental health or addiction issues. My practice is LGBTQ affirming. I am experienced working with Trans* individuals, am knowledgeable of WPATH standards of care and can provide surgery letters if needed.
