We all have sense for when we can benefit from more support in life. I offer compassionate and evidence-based therapy, collaborating with clients toward their goals. We will identify the goals you are working toward whether that is making transitions in life or cultivating more peace of mind. I frequently work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT in my practice, based on client preferences. My goal is for you to feel supported and celebrated on your healing journey. My practice is flexible, offering in person sessions, as well as telehealth video sessions.
