I specialize in supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, panic, life transitions, work or relationship stress, and difficulty managing intense emotions. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. My focus is always to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you can feel safe in exploring the challenges that are holding you back from fully engaging in life.
