I enjoy working with a variety of cases and focus on the systemic aspects that impact you, such as family trauma, oppression, and supporting marginalized individuals. I have worked with a variety of BIPOC-identifying individuals, families, and couples and enjoy exploring my clients' stories and navigating how to enact a preferred story that better fits your life as you are now. My hope is to provide support that is collaborative with you and assists in understanding how these systems impact your life. I am able to provide a caring and supportive environment that prioritizes where you are at in your processes. My goal is to help people understand aspects of their lives that they find confusing or difficult to talk about. I am committed to viewing life choices and decisions through a social justice lens and believe that all concerns must be viewed through the current systemic context. My hope is to provide assistance in navigating these systems with an open mind. Finding a therapist and beginning therapy can be a daunting and exhausting process. I encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have and I hope to provide space to answer those questions or lead you to the best answer.
