Welcome I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has been practicing psychotherapy for over 40 years in public and private settings.(See About Me) I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relational difficulties and psychosis, in adults, adolescents and their families. For over the past 40 years I have also been a teacher and supervisor of psychotherapy and couples therapy at McLean Hospital in Belmont Massachusetts, where I have trained psychiatric residents, psychology interns and fellows, as well as medical students. I continue to supervise mental health professionals at my Wellesley office. While at McLean I have been a Lecturer in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry of Harvard Medical School. I am currently writing and researching about my interests in Memoir and Memory; Psychotherapy and Neuroscience; Shame, Guilt, and Disgust; A Psychological Reading of the Bible; Psychotherapeutic Intervention Validation; and A Psychotherapy Toolkit.
