Introduction

People create change when they feel heard, validated, and are able to adjust their thinking to realize the strength hiding inside of them. My goal is to help you navigate through the necessary steps to help you find that strength within. What I love about being a therapist is the ability to help people develop skills to address life’s challenges and to help people realize their worth and value. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or numerous other problems that can keep people trapped and living in fear, we can work together to identify the roadblocks in your life and find the best way to address them. While my background stems from a Behavioral and Cognitive approach, my work pulls from an eclectic perspective that utilizes numerous modalities—creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your concerns. Whatever your goals may be, I tailor our sessions to meet you where you’re at in this moment of life. Telehealth and in-person available.
