I've been a therapist for over 25 years and have been honored to walk alongside adults of all ages and stages. Relationships can be challenging. But, social support is life giving as we navigate the inevitable challenges life brings us. I strive to help people learn to understand their own wiring and the best ways to grow their strengths and navigate areas that create challenges for them. My desire is to create a safe place for people to explore their own thoughts and feelings about life and to cultivate a sense of well being that enables them to have a sense of purpose and meaning. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal development you are welcome!
