In my practice, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and Brainspotting (trained in Phases I-IV) to help clients elicit change in their lives. My training and experience include working in community mental health as a therapist and as a quality assurance and improvement coordinator. I also have training in perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) from Postpartum Support International.
