Hello and welcome :) I believe that we are the experts of own lives, but we can benefit from outside support and perspective to help us shift the way we think, act, and even feel. In my practice, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, and Brainspotting (trained in Phases I-IV) to help clients elicit change in their lives. My approach to therapy is centered on the idea that you are a whole person, who is capable of healing, self-actualization, and personal growth. Prior to starting my private practice, my training and experience include working in community mental health as a therapist and as a quality assurance and improvement coordinator. I also have training in perinatal/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) from Postpartum Support International. If you are interested in utilizing your insurance that covers out-of-network benefits, I can provide courtesy billing or super bills for you to receive reimbursement. Please contact me for additional information. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity-Anti-Discrimination It is important to me to create an equitable, diverse, and inclusive community. Thus, I welcome clients of different backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or status.
