Hey everyone! I'm a LCSW-C in Maryland, and also have my license in West Virginia, Virginia and Washington, DC. I'm super passionate about working with the perinatal population, and have a special place in my heart for my work with military veterans and first responders. I've worked in the mental health world for 18 years, and have a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, mindfulness and draw from other evidenced-based approaches to helping clients find healing.
