I believe the therapeutic relationship provides a space for clients to be their authentic selves. I strive to create a space of genuineness by offering empathy and non-judgement. Once we accept ourselves fully, we can feel empowered in our life pursuits and conflicts. I believe in the importance of challenging clients to stay true to their core, authentic self. My goal is to aid in the healing process by normalizing the uncomfortable feelings that arise when addressing concerns in life. I treat each client as a unique individual, worthy of acceptance despite their life struggles or circumstances.
