Introduction

Bob Smith is a Family Therapist trained at ECU. With extensive experience working with families, couples, and individuals, Bob has provided over 30,000 hours of direct treatment. Bob has trained and treated families using many models. He has provided therapy for a variety of issues. This experience has afforded Bob the ability to see thousands of ways that other people have resolved difficult situations that he then shares in sessions and has families practice various solutions until they learn a new way of interacting productively. His clients regain hope and are able to navigate the issues that have plagued them in the past and brought them into therapy. He focuses his services on Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Trauma, Behavioral Issues with Adolescents, Parenting Issues, Domestic Violence, Medical Family Therapy (diabetes) and Family Life Transitions, with many more. Bob is the therapist that others refer to when they find treatment difficult. With these families Bob has achieved very high outcomes and his staff maintain the same outcomes. Bob provides consultations and supervision for other therapists and agencies. He has developed an Evidence-Based-Practice (EBP) which includes a management model, supervision, and treatment methods. He is well versed in each of these areas. Sit down for a conversation and see if he is a good fit to assist you in resolving the issues that are troubling you. He looks forward to meeting you.
