Introduction

You might feel overwhelmed & alone trying to cope with relationship issues or the debilitating symptoms of depression, anxiety & trauma. My aim is to create a safe & supportive environment in which to explore both the barriers & pathways to the life, happiness & relationships you seek. I believe you arrive in therapy with all the resources needed to heal and thrive; my job is to help you better access them. My hope is that you find relief from symptoms as quickly as possible & access resilience that will last beyond our time in therapy. My approach is warm, genuine, supportive and often incorporates a little of my British humor. Within my couples & family work, I explore the dynamics that have been fueling conflict & disconnection & provide a new language & tools that build pathways to connection. My work with individuals specializes in helping approach anxiety, depression, complex PTSD/developmental trauma as well as helping develop healthy self esteem and boundaries. I offer in person, online or walking therapy (in public parks) based on your preference. Taking the first step towards starting therapy is brave and also daunting, so I offer a free consult to provide you with the chance to ask questions and make sure we would be a good fit. I would be happy to set up a call to learn more about how I can best support you.
