Introduction

PROVIDING INDIVIDUAL OUTPATIENT, FAMILY, AND GROUP THERAPY Adolescents age 16+ and Adults “Should you shield the valleys from the windstorms, you would never see the beauty of their canyons.” - Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross. It takes courage to embrace the healing process, so I would like to say thank you for taking this first step in finding support. It is my honor to help my clients process life transitions including major changes and loss. As a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) provider, I have walked alongside trauma survivors who have experienced abandonment, abuse, neglect, grief, and domestic violence. I specialize in helping clients process traumatic grief and loss due to trauma. I also work with individuals experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss. I strive to support my clients to process their truths through a holistic approach engaging expressive, narrative, and relational interventions that consider all aspects of their lives. I believe in listening without judgement and providing a supportive environment that encourages reflection and connection. My style is a mixture of fierce kindness, sprinkled with humor and open communication. My goal is to provide you with a safe space that honors your truth and challenges you to discover your own beautiful canyons. GROUPS Grief Support Group (Homicide Loss Specific): This free group provides a safe environment for those mourning the death of a loved one due to homicide.
