Sexual Dysfunctions and/or Anxiety can be really overwhelming and debilitating. Feeling shame, guilt or embarrassment is exhausting and can make you feel alone. Anxiety can make it feel like you can hardly breath and keep your head above water at times. We all deserve to feel in control and confident within ourselves. I focus on Anxiety Disorders & Sex Therapy of all stages of life for individuals & couples. Areas of expertise include;Sexual Dysfunctions(i.g.Erectile Disorder,Diminished Desire, Pelvic Pain),Paraphilias, the stress response cycle & the link between stress & Anxiety & ones nervous system. I take a Neuroscience & Somatic approach when working with clients. What you feel & are experiencing is valid. Therapy is a place to learn more than what you know & break free from those restrictions that are holding you back. I am transparent, bubbly & scientifically/medically driven. I provide the challenge & growth you are looking for and most importantly, the validation you deserve!
