Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed and struggling to manage trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mood swings, dissociation, or other aspects of your mental health? Are these struggles impacting your relationships or wellbeing? I am happy to support your journey of understanding and addressing these concerns. My approach incorporates a feminist perspective, and begins with collaboration and connection. I want to take time to explore your goals and obstacles, while also getting to know you as a person. You are the expert on your life, so I view therapy as a collaborative team approach that allows me to serve as a supportive guide. I use various approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, ego state therapy, art-based interventions, and somatic techniques to support trauma healing, post-traumatic growth, and mental health recovery. It is my priority to stay informed on effective brain and body-based interventions so that you can fully benefit from time spent working with me. If you have questions about whether this would be a good fit, or what working together might look like, please know that you are welcome to schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss treatment options. Trauma comes in many forms, and what matters most is how those experiences affect you today. I wish you well, and look forward to speaking with you!
