Introduction

I specialize in working with individuals who would like to live more authentically. I often aid individuals in navigating life transitions, sexuality, grief, parenthood, relationship stress, self connectedness and trauma. Throughout our lives we encounter experiences that influence and form our perceptions of the world and others around us. I help individuals explore their personal narrative so they can develop new perceptions and reorganize old patterns, to ultimately change their “story” and feel more at home in our bodies and in the world.
