Introduction

I’m Leah—an experienced therapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) two evidenced based practices to help you regulate your emotions, heal from trauma, and achieve your goals. Over the past six years, I've worked as part of a comprehensive DBT team. This has given me a deep understanding of the complex ways that emotions, thoughts, and behaviors interact. I’m passionate about helping you shift patterns to create lasting, positive change in your life. In your life, you may be juggling the pressures of work, relationships, and your own expectations. If emotional overwhelm or self-doubt are holding you back from reaching your potential, I’m here to help you break free from those barriers. My approach is direct and collaborative: together, we’ll set clear goals and work towards building a life that aligns with your dreams and values. Right now, I offer therapy online, which means you can work with me from anywhere —on your schedule, in a comfortable environment. No matter where you are in your journey, we’ll focus on practical strategies that allow you to grow, heal, and live more fully. Through working with me, you can expect to build the life you’ve always dreamed of living! Let's connect!
