Accepting new clients, telehealth only in the state of Ohio! Email to schedule. Are you struggling with self-esteem or understanding who you are? Do you find yourself putting others' needs first while ignoring your own? If you often say "I'm fine" when you're not, or if past trauma, anxiety, depression, or emotional struggles are affecting your life, I’m here to support you. I take a gentle, compassionate approach, helping you build healthier relationships and find clarity. Let’s work together to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence. Young adulthood brings many changes and decisions as we explore who we are and our place in the world. It’s a time to build independence and navigate relationships. I’m here to guide you in strengthening communication and creating healthier connections, helping you regain control and feel more empowered in your life. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults and offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, as well as faith-based services if requested. I provide virtual sessions for Ohio residents with flexible availability. Additionally, please call our office if you do not see your insurance listed to see if it is covered. I’m here to help you create a hopeful, realistic path forward. If you're ready to take that next step, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
