What is this therapy thing all about? It’s simple and hard at the same time and can be the best decision you’ll ever make for yourself. You talk, I listen. And together we open up the possibilities. We will explore what makes you you, and then decide what you want to keep and want you’d like to change. The goal is to help you feel closer to your authentic self while being able to love those around you in a deeper, more meaningful way. The work looks similar if it’s just you or if it’s you and your partner. If you’re in a relationship and you no longer feel the spark, we will work towards building and re-building the connection that you used to have. If anger and resentment are getting in the way, we unpack where the anger came from and shine light on the possibilities.
