Introduction

My name is Liliana Carrillo MA, LCPC, and I am the founder of LC-Azomalli Counseling. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported. The word "Azomalli," which means peace and tranquility in Nahuatl, perfectly captures the essence of what I strive to offer. Life is a roller coaster of emotions, filled with ups and downs, and I am here to walk with you through every twist and turn. We all long for peace, balance, and tranquility, especially when life becomes chaotic or feels like it's falling apart. Together, we can navigate these challenges and find the calm amidst the storm. Let's work hand in hand to create a space of healing and understanding, where you can feel safe and supported in your journey towards inner peace and balance. I am trained in EMDR and utilize a person-centered approach, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide Bilingual services Spanish and English for adults and seniors who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, grief and loss, and stress. My goal is to create a safe and understanding space where we can work together to address and overcome these challenges. Using evidence-based techniques, I strive to offer comprehensive and personalized support, tailored to your specific needs and unique journey toward well-being.
