Introduction

At times we are faced with challenges and stressors that impact our ability to maintain a healthy and fulfilling life. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, grief, work related issues, anxiety, and trauma related to their family or relationships. During our first few sessions we will acknowledge the main issues and create a plan to address them in a way that helps you live your best life. Most of my clients see a reduction in symptoms within the first month and use learned skills that will help them sustain improvement thereafter. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in community mental health and private practice. My interventions include CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person Centered, and Solution Focused. My goal is to help clients address the whole person, spiritually, health/wellness, mentally and emotionally. Taking the first step to seeing a therapist is often the hardest; however, taking that first step can be the most rewarding and fulfilling decision of your life as you gain confidence and discover your strengths and abilities.
