I am here to help support you through whatever you are experiencing or going through. I strive to create a space that is warm, collaborative and inquisitive. I am your ally and facilitator in this process, helping you navigate through this difficult time. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families that covers a variety of concerns such as, anxiety, depression, managing stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting, traumatic life events, grief/loss, and life transitions. I believe that each of us can attain greater health and wholeness by attending to and integrating mind, body, and spirit, attuning to our inner wisdom and building on our unique strengths. I work collaboratively with my clients in these areas, accompanying them with compassion and openness on the journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I take an integrated approach including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, attachment, emotionally focused, psychodynamic, spiritual and Christian counseling.
