Introduction

Counseling allows space and time to shine a light on areas of life where you wish to emerge. Getting started and putting yourself first can be difficult. As a licensed clinician trained in EMDR, it is my role to help bridge difficulties by listening and supporting you throughout your journey. I use a trauma informed appraoch to help you move toward the goals we will create together. I believe you have within you what you need to heal, grow and move toward contentment.
