Introduction

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and others? In today’s world, people feel lonelier than ever before. With so much time spent behind screens, it’s not uncommon to struggle with connection. I help individuals rediscover that connection to themselves and build meaningful relationships. Life in 2025 brings unique challenges: we feel busy yet drained, have social media followers but lack deep friendships, and work hard without feeling it’s enough. Despite this, I believe anyone can unlock their potential through deeper self-understanding. Together, we can navigate these struggles and move forward. As a curious and open-minded therapist, I blend evidence-based techniques with a dynamic, person-centered approach. The treatment styles I use will always depend on your specific needs. Therapy shouldn’t feel stagnant, so I will actively seek your feedback on this collaborative process to ensure our work together evolves to meet your needs. In therapy, you will be able to practice authenticity and vulnerability in a compassionate and non-judgmental space so that you can bring these skills into your relationships with yourself and others. My goal is for you to feel less isolated by your experiences and more connected to the world around you.
