Introduction

Hello. My name is Laurie. I am a therapist in private practice in Colorado. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change. I take a trauma-informed, whole person approach to therapy. My clients would say I value being approachable, authentic and create a therapeutic space that is safe and non-judgmental. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself. Prior to opening up my practice, I was worked in community mental health in Colorado for over a decade. Anxiety, depression and trauma are some of the challenges I address in therapy. My approach is client centered, meaning we will work together to figure out what works best for you based on your unique goals. I offer virtual/online sessions to increase access for people who are juggling busy schedules or live in remote areas. To keep things affordable, I accept insurance.
