Introduction

I believe that therapy is a partnership that allows you to understand your needs, discover your strengths and develop resilience while setting the goals you want to accomplish. Whether meeting with me in person or virtually, I create a safe space for you that is welcoming, supportive, and affirming. I have experience in the treatment of a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as high functioning autism (Asperger's) and ADHD. I specialize in the use of EMDR and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, along with other therapeutic models. Treatment may include a variety of approaches based on your needs and goals. Currently I see adolescents, teens and adults in my private practice. I also offer group presentations and trainings on a variety of mental health topics.
