Mid way through life I realized what others knew about me; I was meant to be a therapist. Anxious about everything, as a child, personal experience accentuates empathetic understanding. Couples communication pairs with my firm, encouraging confrontation style to increase the use of better listening skills, connection based, curious communication. Therapy is an opportunity to increase your sense of self efficacy and acceptance while managing thoughts types and reframing problematic thinking patterns in individual sessions. My vision for my office to offer a warm, safe, inviting placer to explore your life, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We are accepting of all lifestyles. identities, and beings.
