I have a passion for helping women confront emotional and mental obstacles, particularly those related to navigating the complexities of fertility/the perinatal & postpartum period/motherhood, processing grief and loss, and managing anxiety. It’s important to me that you feel safe to be your real, authentic self during our sessions, so my attention is focused on understanding, supporting, and challenging you in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. My clients appreciate my warmth, positive energy, and (admittedly cheesy) sense of humor. I believe that change is possible, and everyone is worthy of a life well lived. Yes, life is tough—but so are you. To support you in uncovering your innate strengths and cultivating skills to cope with the challenges you face, I offer a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and feminist-based modalities.
