Introduction

Every person deserves the space to be heard and process what is important to them. Therapy should be a safe space to work on the goals important to each individual. This is what I strive to provide each of my clients. I have found my ability to create that space through my warm, understanding, and empathetic manner has been beneficial to clients. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. I enjoy being a part of their journey towards change. I offer individual and family therapy. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, school issues, and behavioral concerns. I use a trauma-informed lens in my clinical work and continually educate myself on multicultural competencies. I ensure a holistic approach and continued collaboration with each client to meet their needs. After all, clients know themselves best!
