I take a holistic view of health with a focus on both the body and mind, while incorporating a blend of EMDR, Gestalt, mindfulness-based, and somatic practices. I primarily specialize in working with adults and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD or trauma, and navigating challenging life transitions.
