Introduction

A well-known psychologist, Carl Jung, once said, "We all walk around in shoes far too small for us." I see therapy as a space where we can expand beyond what limits us. Whether we are dealing with past trauma or current hardships, the possibility of healing is always there for us. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, or are navigating challenging life transitions and tumultuous relationships. Therapy doesn't look the same for everyone and I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each person. I am EMDR trained and incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices, along with elements of Internal Family Systems.
