I am so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) committed to helping adolescents and adults learn how to better understand their struggles, build healthier relationships with themselves and others and to create productive ways of thinking. My work focuses on identifying symptoms of anxiety and depression, learning how to manage day-to-day stressors and to create an enhanced level of insight to individuals and their relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I am certified in and passionate about Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) to better understand and help individuals struggling with conception, fertility issues, pregnancy, postpartum disorders, grief and loss. I am honored to be able to help individuals navigate such a life changing transition, no matter the outcome. Additionally, I work with adolescents and adults (approximately ages 16+) with anxiety, depression, history of loss, body image concerns, self-esteem and trauma.
