Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have worked in the mental health field since 1998 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience includes individual psychotherapy, family and couples therapy, group facilitation, parenting skills training, anger-management training, divorce education, and adoption-related counseling. I offer effective treatment for depression (including post-partum depression), anxiety, relationship problems, stress, parenting issues, family conflict, grief & loss, infertility-related stress, sexual problems, and abuse & trauma, and adoption-related issues. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy.
