I am the owner and operator of Feeling Space Oregon Therapy LLC. I have a master's of arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. The therapy I provide is rooted in compassion, concepts of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, systems theory, as well as queer and feminist theory. I created Feeling Space Therapy because I am passionate about holding space for clients as they learn to navigate and harness the power of their difficult and uncomfortable emotions. It's not all about the uncomfortable though, one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do is sending the invitation for clients to rediscover and lean into their experiences of pleasure and joy. I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions that engage the client's somatic experience of feelings, hence the name Feeling Space Therapy.
