Hi, I'm Lauren! I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual abuse, and grief. I am passionate about working with adults who have a history of trauma, especially first responders. As a former first responder myself, I bring firsthand experience and insight into my practice. Whether you are a firefighter, paramedic, law enforcement officer, or another first responder, I understand the nuances of your profession and am committed to supporting you through the challenges you face both on and off the job.
