Introduction

Hello and Welcome! My name is Lauren Luchini, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Coeur d'Alene, called Grace Ridge Counseling. Beware, I am not your average therapist! You will be challenged. You may even be uncomfortable. Therapy is up close, personal, and truthfully it's not always pretty. Its raw, its honest, and it can get messy. I am here to support you whether its a life transition, a loss, conflict with a loved one, or just need a safe place to process any trauma that you may be holding on to. Life is not meant to be lived alone, we are human beings we are meant for love, relationships, and community. I am currently accepting new Blue Cross of Idaho Insurance or Private Pay clients for individual, family, and couples therapy. I have extensive work with trauma informed therapy, premarital and marital counseling, and family therapy. I prefer to see client ages 13+. I also offer Christian/faith based counseling for those upon request! I would be grateful and honored to be your therapist. I want to know all the big and little things that occur throughout your life even the people and places that have led you to where you are today. Therapy can be a solution, but it's not meant for everyone. My only goal is to work myself out of a job and get you back on track toward your future goals.
