“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” Brene Brown said it best, starting therapy is an act of courage and self-love. You may be struggling with perfectionism and obsessing over every decision and getting things just right. Or worrying about so many things that are out of your control and missing out on the things you care about most. I specialize in working with those who want to overcome their anxiety, develop self-compassion rather than perfectionism, embrace neurodivergence and better understand themselves, or heal from past trauma in order to fully embody who they are meant to be. I have additional training in trauma and am currently pursuing a certification in neurodivergence.
