I am passionate about evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and young adults for neurodiversity, including giftedness, learning disabilities (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and Autism. I truly enjoy assessing individuals for possible twice exceptionality (both gifted and having a disability) and mild or atypical presentations of Autism, including Autism in females. I also work with clients to build coping skills to handle whatever stress comes their way, whether this involves daily stressors or major life events. I support clients with safety planning for self-harm and suicidal ideation. In all of my work, I use a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach. This means that we focus on building your capacity and skills, not just alleviating problems. I love helping my clients see their strengths and successes.
