Talking with me is really the best way to see if I can be someone who can help you through the struggles you’re facing on a daily basis. My specialties are: Working with the PERINATAL population (I have the Perinatal Mental Health Certification [PMH-C] through Postpartum Support International) including new moms and dads. Helping TEENS navigate through their huge undertaking of figuring out how to be their best self in the midst unprecedented generational struggles. Guiding folks through GRIEF that makes them feel like their life has been upended and won't ever be okay again. I also am a STAR Behavioral Health Provider with additional training and experience with MILITARY populations, both children and adults. The insurances I am in-network with are listed below.
