I help individuals of all ages navigate the challenges of trauma. Whether you're an adult seeking healing from childhood experiences or a child (age 6 and over) facing a difficult situation, I offer a supportive space to process and overcome. I specialize in trauma-responsive therapy- including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma Responsive Care and play therapy- to empower you to build resilience and create a brighter future. I am Phase 2 certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, a therapeutic lens developed by Dr. Bruce Perry. This aspect examines trauma's effects on brain development and aids in creating developmentally appropriate interventions.
