Introduction

I specialize in helping adults heal from patterns rooted in childhood trauma such as chronic low self-esteem & anxiety, perfectionism and people-pleasing. I help people develop self-compassion and confidence, and those who identify as highly sensitive effectively navigate their sensitivities. Many of my clients describe themselves as adult children of alcoholics or emotionally immature parents. My therapy approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally sensitive.
