Hi, I'm Lauren! I’ve always had a natural curiosity about people and relationships; Past clients have told me that my style feels conversational, empathic and unscripted. For the past 8 years, it has been my privilege to work directly with clients from a variety of backgrounds to treat anxiety, depression, trauma and general life stress.
